08.1 How will crediting and Recognition be handled in the future?

On November 21, 2024, the Conference of Science Ministers adopted a new version of the specimen decree, which is currently being implemented by the federal states.

A new paragraph 4 has been added to § 3:
“The higher education institution shall implement the national and state regulations on the Recognition of competences, qualifications and achievements acquired at a higher education institution and on the recognition of competences and qualifications acquired outside higher education institutions.”
